Ben Macdonald is a resident of Meaford, Ontario. He has a strong connection to the local community as his family founded the well-respected Macdonald's Furniture & Appliances over 70 years ago. With experience in the service industry as a sales manager, operations manager, painter, and production manager, he brings expertise to Millennium Window Cleaning. Ben is also an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, baseball, and basketball. He enjoys spending time with his dog, hiking, and being with family and friends in his free time. He entered the window cleaning industry in 2022 and exceeded expectations by selling 230+ jobs totaling more than $140,000 in revenue in just 6 months.

Jackson Elliott has five years of experience in the ski industry, building and maintaining terrain parks and three years of experience in turf maintenance. He also has a background in entrepreneurship, from running his own clothing company in high school. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family, who he cares for as a full-time caregiver. Jackson and his partners, Adam and Ben, started their own window-cleaning business based on their experience in the industry. This is Jackson's 3rd year in the window cleaning industry and 10th year in the service industry.
